A NEW APPROACH TO CORPORATE FITNESS

We specialize in brief, convenient and effective
strength training for your employees.  We'll design
your on-site facility, purchase your equipment
    and train your staff.

From the beginning, 15 Minute Corporate Fitness
has worked closely with fitness professionals from
around the country to create the most advanced
    fitness solution available anywhere.

We approach fitness from the point of view of "how
little exercise do I really need", as opposed to "how
much exercise can my body tolerate"...perfect for
our corporate fitness program.  We get maximum
results and maximum participation from a minimum
    amount of time.

The typical advice of 30-45 minutes of aerobics
3-5 times per week and 20-30 minutes of weight
training 2-3 times per week along with 15-20
minutes of daily stretching is simply unrealistic
for most people. They don’t have the time or
desire to do that much exercise and won’t do it...
period. So we designed a program that people
will do...and it serves as a catalyst for them
    to develop a healthy lifestyle.

We are not exercise obsessed...we are exercise realists.

Ready for a fresh approach to fitness?
